Meet Denise Miller

Denise is a licensed professional counselor who graduated from Sam Houston State University's Clinical Mental Health Program, She has experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, life transitions, peer relationships, self-esteem, LGBTQ communities, career, and trauma.

As a therapist, Denise begins with a person-centered approach to assessing each client's individual needs, using psychoeducation, and teaching coping/grounding skills. Her strengths-based approach to counseling allows clients to explore the past, today, and tomorrow while forging a clear path and instilling hope for their future selves.
